During the week leading up to Advent Sunday, adult members of the congregation had been working with
children in Wrington School making Christingles. These were distributed to everyone in church at the 9.30am
service, and then the candles were lit from last year’s Easter candle, with everyone circling the nave, before
singing the final hymn.
