www.wrington.net Wrington Parish Council  Echo Irving reporting to the Annual Parish Meeting for her fourth and final time as Parish Council Chairwoman, having also served on the council for 24 years. Guest speakers included Rob Warren  from North Somerset Council talking about the Playbuilder Scheme; PC Kim Tacchi and P Sgt Jon Simons; John Adams, Chairman of Wrington Twinning Association, reporting on his Committee’s recent visit to our twin village, Villeneuve- lès-Béziers in the Languedoc region of southern France; and Ruth Gazzane from NHS North Somerset outlining the new Community Wards scheme due to be extended to the Wrington area shortly. An audience of c. 30 parishioners also heard reports on Finance, Legg’s Charity, Wrington Parish Charities, and from our District Councillor.
