www.wrington.net Philip Kinsman on bells and bell-ringing Philip has completed an extremely complex task of managing the whole process of repairing and refurbishing  parts of the historic All Saints’ church tower vital to the continued ringing of its famed ten bells. He has been steeple-keeper for some years, and has recently also taken on the role of Tower Captain. All in all, there’s not much Philip doesn’t know about the subject, as he demonstrated in this illustrated talk.
