Snow fun on Old Hill
Overnight the whole of the south of England
was covered in some of the deepest snow
for years, and Wrington was no exception.
Despite this, newspapers and milk were still
delivered, but schools closed and many
people decided discretion was the better
part, when it came to driving - or not driving
- into work.
And that’s when Old Hill again took on its
historic role of the winter playground of the
tobogganed classes.
