www.wrington.net The street party in Broad Street was the brainchild of Lucy Howells and Rachel Taplin, helped by a large number of sponsors, helpers, and the children of Wrington School who made some very personalised street decorations. The RedhillBillies kept feet tapping all through the afternoon and maintained the festive atmosphere throughout. Phil Giorgetti, landlord of the Golden Lion was the epitome of a genial announcer.
