The Fair Week Box Office
at The Old Boot Shop was
the starting point for teams
to pursue and identify the
21 figures on the trail of
scarecrows.
These were made up,
often ingeniously, as
competitors in one or
other of the Olympic
sports, and the nation they
represented.
The locations included
some village shops, The
Gallery, and the school,
but mostly homes.
Reflections from windows
meant a couple of
photographs were needed
to do justice to what was
on offer !
